Til tross for sine st\u00f8rrelse, f\u00e5r man ikke inntrykk av hvor stort bygget er.<\/p>\n<p>Om noen uker skal asfalten v\u00e6re p\u00e5 plass og utearealer skal ferdigstilles. Det har v\u00e6rt et jag etter cm, der alle parter har m\u00e5tte inng\u00e5tt kompromisser. Vi erfarer at vinterarbeider rundt frysepunktet er en ubehagelig tidstyv og kostnadsdriver.
